Justin Waddell earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University. In his administrative role, Justin supports the day-to-day operations of the firm and assists with client service and administrative needs.
Before beginning his career in financial services, Justin played two years of collegiate baseball at Joliet Junior College, where he served as team captain. His experience as a student-athlete and team leader helped develop the discipline, organization, teamwork, and strong work ethic that he brings to his role today.
Justin is committed to providing responsive and organized administrative support while helping ensure a positive client experience. He takes pride in his attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to supporting the firm's clients and team.
